2026 Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition: Specs & Pricing

The 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition combines the Laramie’s leather-faced, heated and ventilated front seats with dark exterior details and 22-inch wheels. Night Edition is an appearance package, but selecting it in the current configuration tool also requires Laramie Level 2 equipment. That dependency matters when comparing both technology and price.

Models and configurations

The 2026 Ram 1500 range includes Tradesman, Express, Big Horn, Warlock, Sport, Rebel, Laramie, Limited, Longhorn, Tungsten and RHO, with additional special packages and editions. Laramie offers Crew Cab configurations with 5-foot-7-inch or 6-foot-4-inch boxes. Night Edition does not turn the Laramie into a Rebel or RHO and does not install their specialized off-road equipment.

What Night Edition adds

The package lists 22×9-inch aluminum wheels, black dual exhaust tips, black exterior badging, dark headlamp and taillamp bezels, black mirror caps, black interior accents and a gloss-black grille with a black surround and Ram badge. The configuration checked uses 285/45R22 all-season tires, a Sport hood, a Black interior and an anti-spin rear differential.

Adding Night Edition in the current builder also requires the $2,245 Laramie Level 2 Equipment Group. The $3,595 Night Edition price therefore does not represent the complete increase from a base Laramie. Check the actual window sticker for production-date differences and package combinations.

Engine specifications

Engine bay of the 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition

The standard Laramie engine is the 3.0-litre twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six, producing 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque. It uses an eight-speed automatic. The optional 5.7-litre HEMI V8 with eTorque and cylinder deactivation produces 395 hp and 410 lb-ft; the builder lists that powertrain upgrade at $2,500. eTorque is mild-hybrid assistance and does not make the truck a plug-in hybrid.

The high-output Hurricane used in higher Ram trims produces different figures and should not be assigned to the standard Laramie. The configuration checked uses four-wheel drive and a standard 3.55 rear axle ratio, with a 3.92 ratio available as an additional choice.

Towing and payload

Ram’s capability page lists standard-output Hurricane configurations at up to 11,220 lb of towing when properly equipped. That is a powertrain-range maximum, not a guaranteed rating for a leather-equipped Night Edition. The HEMI range is listed at up to 10,170 lb, also configuration-dependent. Engine, axle ratio, box, installed options and the vehicle’s weight ratings determine the individual limit.

The trailer brake controller is a separate $495 selection in the base builder. Towing and towing-technology groups add equipment rather than automatically granting the highest advertised rating. Confirm the truck’s VIN-specific towing information and door-jamb payload label; occupants, bed cargo, accessories and trailer tongue weight all consume carrying capacity.

Fuel economy

NRCan’s 2026 guide lists the standard-output 3.0-litre Ram 1500 4×4 at 13.2 L/100 km city, 9.9 highway and 11.7 combined. The 5.7-litre eTorque 4×4 is listed at 14.7 city, 11.6 highway and 13.3 combined. These are certified powertrain entries; compare the EnerGuide label for the actual truck, especially when wheels, tires and equipment change. Towing and winter use can increase consumption.

Interior and seating

The Laramie’s front bucket seats and centre console create a five-seat layout with a three-person rear bench. Standard leather-faced front seats are heated and ventilated, and the second-row seats are heated. The Black interior selected with Night Edition differs from the Bison Brown/Sea Salt starting configuration.

The Crew Cab provides rear-seat space and a folding rear bench for additional cabin storage. Active-Level four-corner air suspension is an optional $1,895 choice in the builder, rather than equipment included by the Night Edition badge. A panoramic roof and other comfort upgrades also need confirmation on the selected truck.

Infotainment and technology

A base Laramie has Uconnect 5 NAV with a 12-inch touchscreen. The Level 2 package required by Night Edition in the checked build upgrades that to a 14.4-inch touchscreen and adds a 12-inch colour instrument display, 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio, a power tailgate and rain-sensing wipers. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and navigation are listed in that package, with connected traffic and hotspot functions subject to service terms.

Optional technology, charging equipment and passenger-display features should be checked separately. A large central screen does not establish that every advertised Ram technology feature is fitted.

Safety and driver assistance

The Laramie specification lists front and rear ParkSense parking sensors, front airbags, front-seat side airbags and curtain airbags covering both rows, along with ABS and traction control. Driver-assistance equipment must be matched to the truck’s build rather than inferred from dark wheels or trim.

The $2,395 Advanced Safety Group II is a separate option. Its listed features include Active Driving Assist, a surround-view camera, drowsy-driver detection, evasive steering assistance, intersection collision assistance and traffic-sign recognition. Hands-Free Active Driving Assist is also a separate $3,450 selection in the builder. Night Edition does not by itself include these additional systems.

Pricing in CAD

The Ontario build lists a $87,190 base price, $5,840 in selected options and an $11,500 before-tax cash discount. That produces an $81,530 displayed estimated cash amount with sales tax excluded. The selected options are Night Edition at $3,595 plus its required Level 2 group at $2,245. The base Laramie’s displayed $75,690 cash starting price already reflects the discount.

This example uses the standard Hurricane engine, Bright White paint and the 5-foot-7-inch box. A HEMI, paint, safety packages, suspension and other options change the total. Financing and leasing can use different discounts, and incentives can expire. The researched configuration is not claimed to be the exact sticker price of the truck in the video.

Competition

Is air suspension included with Laramie Night Edition?

No. Active-Level four-corner air suspension is optional in the checked builder. Dark trim and 22-inch wheels do not establish that it is fitted.

How many seats does Laramie Night Edition have?

Its front bucket seats, centre console and rear bench provide five seating positions. The front centre console takes the place of a sixth seat.
