The 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring gives the redesigned Enclave a darker, more distinctive look without requiring a move to Avenir. For buyers considering a three-row family SUV, the important question is whether that styling is worth the step up from Preferred, or whether the additional comfort equipment in Avenir would be a better use of the budget.

Models available
The Canadian range has three trims: Preferred, Sport Touring and Avenir. All use all-wheel drive. Sport Touring is therefore a trim choice rather than a requirement for getting AWD, which helps keep the comparison focused on the equipment you actually gain. Buick Canada’s 2025 introduction.
Engine and transmission
The shared powertrain is a 2.5L turbocharged four-cylinder rated at 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft, paired with an eight-speed automatic. Moving to Sport Touring does not buy a higher-output engine. These manufacturer specifications should not be confused with the previous generation’s V6. Canadian engine specification.
Sport Touring exterior and interior
The ST treatment includes black grille detailing, distinctive 20-inch wheels, a flat-bottom steering wheel and its own cabin trim. The Canadian dealer catalogue describes the seating material as perforated leatherette, so it should not be advertised as leather. ST design details; Canadian upholstery listing.
This makes the ST decision fairly personal. If you prefer its appearance, the price step is easy to identify. If you are indifferent to those details, compare Preferred with the options you need before spending more. A sport-themed badge is not evidence that the vehicle has been track-tuned or that it will drive better for your family.
Infotainment and safety
A 30-inch display and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto are part of the 2025 technology package. Super Cruise is available, not standard on every ST; an active trial or subscription is required. The driver must remain attentive. Technology and limitations.
Towing and fuel consumption
Buick quotes up to 5,000 lb of trailering capability with the available trailering package. Passenger, cargo and accessory weight can reduce what you can tow; confirm the equipment and owner’s-manual requirements first. Manufacturer towing conditions.

Canadian trim comparison and pricing
Current Canadian manufacturer pricing for these exact 2025 configurations has not been verified as of October 31, 2026. Vehicle prices and price differences are therefore omitted; the chart compares equipment only.
| Trim | What you gain or give up |
|---|---|
| Preferred | Shared engine/AWD; without the ST design treatment |
| Sport Touring | ST grille, wheels, steering-wheel and cabin styling |
| Avenir | Ventilated/massaging front seats, adaptive damping and panoramic roof |
Use Buick Canada’s official model and shopping page for manufacturer pricing. Match the model year and equipment; a current later-year Enclave price is not a price for the 2025 Sport Touring.
Avenir adds items such as ventilated/massaging front seats, adaptive damping and a panoramic roof. Compare those benefits with the equipment you would otherwise add to an ST; a current manufacturer price difference has not been verified. If the look is your priority and you do not need the extra comfort features, ST is the more focused choice. Buick Canada’s Avenir equipment reference.
Competition and buying verdict
Include the Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia and Mazda CX-90 in a three-row shopping comparison. Match seating needs, standard equipment and the complete purchase price. For the Enclave, ST makes the clearest case when you want its appearance and the family layout, rather than expecting an engine upgrade over Preferred.
