2023 Toyota Venza Limited Hybrid

Here is the review of this 2023 Toyota Venza Limited Hybrid! The Toyota Venza is not an extravagant vehicle. This two-row, midsize crossover SUV was created with comfort and simplicity in mind. Although it doesn’t have particularly distinctive exterior appearance, it is attractive in a way that makes it appear premium. Similar in appearance and feel, the interior design features fine materials and an uncomplicated layout. Its robust safety measures are all standard, and there is a ton of helpful technology available.

The Toyota Venza delivers a superb blend of comfort, performance, and affordability. It is quiet, smooth, and remarkably efficient. There are rivals with more back passenger space and better performance, but few provide the new Venza’s level of all-around competency.

A quiet interior and a regulated ride are two further factors that contribute to the Venza’s efficiency on the highway. The Venza is competent in a way that is quite pleasing when you just want to travel from point A to point B. Acceleration is limited, and it is far from nimble. The Hyundai Santa Fe and the Kia Sorento offer comparable amounts of space and features for less money for those who don’t need a hybrid.

Safety

One of the most comprehensive lists of driver assistance and safety features is included with the Venza. This incorporates adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, and standard automated emergency braking with pedestrian recognition.

Infotainment & Connectivity

The infotainment system in the 2023 Toyota Venza is user-friendly, boasts big touchscreens, and is connected to Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa. The entry-level LE comes standard with four USB ports and an 8-inch touchscreen, while the higher trims come standard with a gigantic 12.3-inch display. A premium nine-speaker JBL stereo system that sounds fine but isn’t particularly exceptional is also added with the bigger screen, along with navigation.

Engine and Performance

The basic hybrid powertrain of the 2023 Toyota Venza combines a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with three electric motors to provide 219 horsepower, making it a smooth, quiet, potent, and economical vehicle. Unlike the Toyota RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid, the Venza’s batteries never need to be charged in order to take benefit of its efficiency. Additionally, its gas engine uses normal gasoline, lowering running costs. This hybrid is enjoyable to drive, unlike many others (especially when in Sport mode, which gives the throttle more immediate reaction).

Trims and Pricing

The Toyota Venza is available in three different models. This includes the LE, XLE, and the Limited.

LE Trim

The LE trim starts from about $44,400 CDN. This comes with push-button start, dual-zone climate control, three selectable drive modes, a 7-inch instrument cluster display, and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Amazon Alexa as standard features, the vehicle also comes with these amenities. The Venza LE also includes wireless device charging, 18-inch alloy wheels, automatic LED headlights and taillights, cloth seats with power-adjustable driver’s seats, a 60/40-split folding rear bench with a centre folding armrest, a smart-key system, and a full complement of driver safety features. These options include radar cruise control, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-departure alert.

XLE Trim

The XLE trim starts from about $50,600 CDN. Since the XLE offers more features for a smaller price premium, it is the superior bargain. Improvements include roof rails, front and rear parking sensors, passive keyless entry, 19-inch aluminum wheels, LED fog lights, heated imitation leather seats with memory settings, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, ambient dashboard lighting, and wood-grain-style trim.

Limited Trim

The Limited trim starts from about $54,100 CDN. The 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with a nine-speaker JBL audio system, a digital rearview mirror, surround-view cameras, heated steering wheels, touch-sensitive climate controls, power-adjustable heated and ventilated front seats, a head-up display, rain-sensing wipers, and Venza-branded puddle lights are all included in this trim.
