The 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack takes the Charger in an electric direction, with all-wheel drive and a higher-output powertrain than the R/T. The important buying decision is not simply whether 670 hp sounds appealing: it is whether the extra performance, equipment and charging requirements fit how you will use the car.

Models available
The Canadian 2025 Daytona range includes R/T and Scat Pack. Both are battery-electric, all-wheel-drive models; the Scat Pack is the performance-focused step up. Do not confuse these production cars with the earlier Charger Daytona SRT concept or assume that concept-car specifications apply. Dodge Canada 2025 model overview.
Electric powertrain and performance
The Canadian 2025 fleet guide lists Scat Pack peak output at 630 hp, rising to 670 hp with PowerShot, and 627 lb-ft of torque. R/T is listed at 456 hp, or 496 hp with PowerShot, and 404 lb-ft. The advertised maximum therefore includes the boost function rather than describing the non-boost output. Front and rear electric drive motors provide all-wheel drive. Stellantis Canadian 2025 fleet guide, Charger Daytona section.
Dodge quotes an estimated 3.3-second 0–97 km/h time for Scat Pack. If performance hardware is your reason for choosing the trim, compare the actual package list as carefully as the horsepower figure. Manufacturer performance claim.
Range and charging
Wheel and tire configuration matters. Natural Resources Canada lists these two 2025 Scat Pack Track Pack two-door AWD configurations separately; neither should automatically be treated as the exact specification of the filmed car.
| NRCan 2025 configuration | Combined electricity use | Rated range |
|---|---|---|
| Scat Pack Track Pack, all-season tires | 27.0 kWh/100 km | 388 km |
| Scat Pack Track Pack, three-season tires | 29.9 kWh/100 km | 348 km |
The 40 km difference illustrates why a generic range figure can be misleading. These are standardized ratings, not winter-range guarantees. Confirm the fitted tires and package before matching a car to the table. NRCan 2025 Fuel Consumption Guide.
The fleet guide lists a 100.5-kWh battery and an 11-kW onboard charger. Before buying, check where the car will charge overnight, the electrical installation required and compatible public stations along your regular routes. The onboard charger rating alone does not establish a DC fast-charging time.
Interior and practicality
The Charger’s rear hatch is a practical distinction from a conventional sedan trunk. When inspecting one, try loading the items you actually carry and check access with the rear seats in use. The fleet guide lists split-folding rear seating, but a large opening does not tell you whether a particular stroller, suitcase or mobility aid fits.
Infotainment and connectivity
The 2025 technology page identifies a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay support. Test your phone with the car rather than relying on a feature list alone. Navigation, connected services and associated trials should be checked against the installed equipment and service terms. Dodge Canada technology details.
Safety and driver assistance
Dodge lists Active Driving Assist as standard for the 2025 Daytona. It can assist with speed and lane positioning, but requires an attentive driver with hands on the steering wheel. It is not permission to look away or treat the car as self-driving. Dodge Canada safety information.
Pricing in CAD
Current Canadian manufacturer pricing for these exact 2025 configurations has not been verified as of October 31, 2026. Vehicle prices and price differences are therefore omitted; the chart compares equipment, not current purchase costs.
| 2025 trim | What changes |
|---|---|
| R/T AWD | Up to 496 hp and 404 lb-ft; alternative electric Charger configuration. |
| Scat Pack AWD | Up to 670 hp and 627 lb-ft; performance-focused trim. Verify optional Track Pack separately. |
Current manufacturer pricing must identify R/T or Scat Pack and its included equipment. The available model-page price did not establish a matched Scat Pack configuration for this comparison, so no trim or package premium is quoted.
The Scat Pack catalog lists Track Pack, Sun & Sound and Carbon & Suede as optional. Do not assume every photographed seat, wheel or performance feature is standard. Request an itemized Ontario quote and build sheet before deciding what the higher price actually includes.
Competition and choosing a trim
Start by comparing R/T with Scat Pack in similarly equipped form. If the extra output is not a priority, put charging convenience, tire replacement costs and your actual insurance quote ahead of the maximum-power number. If Scat Pack is the goal, compare cars with and without Track Pack rather than treating the trim badge as a complete specification.
Other performance EVs can be useful shopping alternatives, but compare body access, seating and charging arrangements alongside price. A personal test drive remains necessary to judge ride comfort, visibility and how the controls feel; those conclusions cannot be substituted with manufacturer statistics.
Does the 2025 Charger Daytona Scat Pack have a HEMI?
No. The Daytona covered here is battery-electric. It is not the previous gasoline-powered Charger Scat Pack.
Is 670 hp available without PowerShot?
The Canadian fleet guide separates 630-hp base peak output from the 670-hp PowerShot figure. Read the advertised maximum in that context.
Does every Scat Pack have the same range?
No single range figure should be applied without matching the configuration. NRCan separates the Track Pack’s all-season and three-season tire versions, as shown above.
