Today I review the 2023 Jeep Wrangler 392 Xtreme Recon. If you love Jeeps, you should be glad to know that you can still get a V8-powered Wrangler for 2023. It’s still unclear how much longer the 392 Wrangler Rubicon will be produced. The majority of rumours claim that this will be the final year, but nothing is certain. Whatever the case, we advise you to move quickly if you want a V8-powered Wrangler because these vehicles are still in high demand.

Today, we are accustomed to trucks like the 700-horsepower Ford Raptor R. However, the concept first surfaced when FCA (now Stellantis) decided to install Hemi V8 engines in regular pickup trucks and family SUVs. This started a trend that included numerous high-performance cars. Such as the Ram TRX, Dodge Durango Hellcat, Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, and Wrangler Rubicon 392 as examples.

One of the greatest changes for 2023 is that Jeep will no longer refer to four-door Wranglers as Unlimited models. There is just a Wrangler sticker where the Unlimited sticker formerly was.

This 2023 has the Xtreme Recon package installed. 35-inch tires, fender flare extensions, 4.56 gears, and a Mopar strengthened tailgate and tire carrier are a few of the package’s standout features.
