2023 Infiniti QX80 Proactive!

272Views

Today I review the 2023 Infiniti QX80 Proactive. The Infiniti QX80 has one of the best towing ratings in its class and a quick V8 engine. But it continues to be based on a car that was unveiled in 2011, and it feels like it. The QX80’s technology is comprehensive but out-of-date. It can’t compete in terms of performance or luxury with cars that are similarly priced.

The last big change to Infiniti’s largest luxury transporter was 11 years ago, which in the auto industry is an eternity. Considering that there are rumors that the company is arranging a more extensive revamp for 2024. The 2023 Infiniti QX80 will probably keep up that streak.

The next-generation QX80 is anticipated to serve as the focal point of a more substantial brand identity upgrade. With greater power and opulent features, Infiniti intends to put the large SUV on par with the Cadillac Escalade, Lexus LX, and even the Land Rover Range Rover. The present fuel-guzzling V8 engine would presumably be replaced by a new turbocharged V6 engine, providing power.

As of right now, the QX80 appears to remain largely unchanged. Although Infiniti hasn’t provided much information on the forthcoming model, we anticipate seeing a few novel features like a head-up display, a frameless digital rearview mirror (which displays a live video feed), and perhaps massaging front seats. These amenities have made their way into Infiniti’s lesser SUVs, the QX55 and QX60, so it would be a surprise if some of them weren’t available in the top model.

What do you think of the Infiniti QX80?
